This policy explains when refund requests are typically considered for the public Eastern Destiny digital product and how to contact support.
Product Scope
Full Eastern Destiny Report is a $19 one-time digital product delivered online after checkout.
Requests Within 7 Days
Refund requests can be made within 7 days where there is a technical failure, duplicate purchase, checkout completed but the report remained inaccessible, or an accidental duplicate order.
Reasonable requests will be reviewed based on order data, access status, and technical records.
What Is Usually Not Refundable
Refunds are not guaranteed for subjective dissatisfaction after report delivery, including disagreement with interpretive tone, symbolic framing, or the personal relevance of the report content.
How to Request Review
Contact support@easterndestiny.com with the checkout email address and order ID so we can review the request efficiently.
When live, approved refunds are processed through the active payment processor or Merchant of Record.
