Use of Eastern Destiny
These terms explain the product scope, access rules, and responsibility boundaries for the public Eastern Destiny website and its calculated BaZi-based digital report.
Effective Date
These Terms of Service are effective as of May 19, 2026.
Operator and Product
Eastern Destiny is operated as an individual digital product under the brand name Eastern Destiny.
Full Eastern Destiny Report is a digital BaZi / Four Pillars self-reflection report grounded in calculated chart anchors and delivered online after checkout. It is a one-time digital product priced at $19.
The service provides an automated preview and, when purchased, an automated paid report. No human consultation is included.
User Information and Access
You must provide accurate birth information, email information, and checkout information so that the preview, order recovery flow, and paid report access can function correctly.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth date, birth time, and birth location you submit. Inaccurate inputs can materially change the resulting report.
Calculation and Automated Generation
Reports use a deterministic BaZi calculation layer for chart anchors, followed by automated systems that prepare symbolic interpretation, summarization, formatting, and delivery. The content may contain variation or occasional imperfections.
By using the service, you understand that the output is generated automatically from the information submitted and may differ across users and circumstances.
Permitted Use and Interpretation Limits
The product is provided for entertainment, cultural insight, and personal reflection only.
The report is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, investment, relationship, or guaranteed future advice. It should not be relied on as the sole basis for personal, professional, or commercial decisions.
Orders, Refusals, and Cancellations
We may refuse, cancel, or refund orders that are abusive, fraudulent, technically invalid, inconsistent with the website workflow, or otherwise violate these terms.
We may also suspend or deny access where order recovery, platform abuse prevention, or service integrity requires it.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eastern Destiny is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or suitability for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, emotional, or business losses arising from use of the website, the preview, the paid report, or any interpretation of report content.
